The Friends of the New Carlisle Library meet on the first Thursday of every month, at 4:30 p.m.
Our next Book Sale will be in October 2023. Items will be available by donation, and we will be open during all library hours.
HotSpot Sponsorships available!
The Friends have purchased Internet HotSpots that can be checked out for people to use for Internet access. There is a need for more and we are looking for individuals or businesses to sponsor a HotSpot for $150 a year. Your name or logo would be placed on the HotSpot, you would get a shout-out on our Facebook page and on the library TV displays and you would have an annual membership to the Friends.
These hotspots are being used by students to complete research or homework if their home doesn't have internet access, or by adults who are searching for jobs and don't have transportation to come to the library every day. This program provides the library an opportunity to reach beyond our doors and impact the community beyond our physical location.
If you are interested, please call the library and ask for Bonnie or email email@example.com.
